Adds a vendor to the Sleeping Giant Inn in Riverwood. His name is Finadin and he is standing in the back to the left of the counter. He sells a couple of useful common items and a few custom very powerful items. This is mainly made for me, I enjoy being a sneaky archer so he sells a very powerful bow and arrows as well as a couple of pieces of armor that help. The items are really expensive so you can't get them right off the bat, however if you feel really cheaty there is a coin purse sitting on a barrel behind Finadin that has 10,000 gold to give you an early game boost.
