this might be a bit of an unconventional follower mod. Maari is the first character in this mod, as well as my very first and main character in the game. She's taken a lot of work and would never have existed if it weren't for DarkDukla's help and steady nerves. In the future, I'd like to tweak and improve her a bit, if experience allows us both. And as I mentioned, the mod will be different. Gradually more of my girls will be added here, and one special lady from DarkDukla himself.

Adia At-Poran (Redguard - healer)

As its appearance suggests, Adia comes from the land of sun and sand. As a child, she found a fondness for mixing various potions and ointments, but this was not to the liking of her family, who envisioned her role in the spy units where their clan had been prominent for centuries. When came of age, she fled to Skyrim, where was invited by a friend to study with her at the College of Winterhold. Her talents helped her become a very skilled healer and alchemist, but news of a certain old woman with the greatest knowledge of alchemy led her to Riften. There she met one of her disciples, Maari, but the master herself was no longer among the living. Khajiit quickly befriended her foreign companion and stayed togehter.

The petite Khajiit was born very unhappily into slavery to a minor Dunmer clan in Morrowind. Around the age of 14, she attempted an escape that almost ended with her death if she hadn't been found by an old woman and alchemist with a good heart. This lady fled with her to Skyrim and passed on all her knowledge. After a few years, Maari went in search of a new life and found it in the east, where she was approached by a nice older man named Brynjolf and offered a job. She finally found her family and friends. Let's just quietly forget what the job is and everything will be fine, right folks? >:3

When alive, she was a proud sorcerer's apprentice. Her skill with weapons made her an aspirant to be the best battlemage among all Altmers, until she caught the eye of a colleague who was completely absorbed in the study of necromancy.
