The map markers only appear if the strongboxes are locked. I did this because the necklaces in the strong boxes respawn and this way the objective isn't complete just hidden and doesn't work if you have already started the quest.
I ran SSEEdit on it and it found nothing to clean.
ESP is marked as light.
