Mage's Tools - an Adamant Addon

Big update in 2. 0, removed a ton of dependencies and completely redesigned it to be a seamless extension of the Adamant Alteration Tree without any bloat.

A simple yet comprehensive overhaul of the Adamant Alteration tree,

designed to support additional playstyles and better integrate with

modern combat overhauls. Unarmored perks now provide bonuses for staves

as well, adding utility and build diversity for casters.

A new spell introduces magically controlled weapons using Floating Sword Moveset animations, allowing players to toggle direct weapon control. While active, the

weapon gains bonus attack damage that scales with the player’s

Alteration skill. These animations have been converted to OAR,

unnecessary visual effects have been removed, and are fully compatible

with MCO and BFCO.

Perks

• []Alteration Dual Casting (20): Dual casting an Alteration spell overcharges the effects into an even more powerful version. (Added perk back in)

  []Mage Armor (30): While you are under the effects of protection spells like Stoneflesh, you take 15% less poise damage and their effects are 50% stronger if not wearing an armored chest.

  []Mage Armor (70): While you are under the effects of protection spells like Stoneflesh, you take 30% less poise damage and their effects are twice as strong if not wearing an armored chest.

  []Mage Tools (20): You gain 50% Magicka Regeneration while not wearing an armored chest. If wielding a staff, gain 15 Magicka per 10 levels of Alteration.

  []Mage Tools (60): You gain 100% Magicka Regeneration while not wearing an armored chest. If wielding a staff, gain 30 Magicka per 10 levels of Alteration.

  []Meditation (80): Spells and enchantments cost 10% less while not wearing an armored chest. Absorb 25% spell damage from enemies while wielding a staff.

  []Mage Craft (30): Not wearing an armored chest increases spell power by 10%. Equipping a staff also increases spell power by 10%.

  []Mage Craft (60): Not wearing an armored chest increases spell power by 20%. Equipping a staff also increases spell power by 20%.

• Mystic Grasp (80): Exert arcane force over your weapon, allowing you to command its movements magically. Weapon damage scales with your Alteration skill. Drains 10 Magicka per second while active.

  Compatibility

  Compatible with any mod that does not modify the Alteration tree. Staff Enhanced Magic

  is a soft incompatibility as I have a modified version of this built into this over
