Mage NPCs move Slower In Combat

this mod makes mage npcs run slower while in combat and there is an option for even slower backwards. if you use mods that reduce your movement speed in combat or just are annoyed by chasing after mages that run almost faster than you then you might like this mod.

turns out that the player is affected too. if you still wanna use this mod, there is an optional file that only lower sideways and backwards running. 

movement speed changes. vanilla walk speed is 70 and 80
