Very simple mod for Whiterun, Vanilla+ enjoyers will most likely love.
Works very well with spaghettis cities, this mod will not be compatible with any whiterun wall overhauls. I made this for my game since I'm just a vanilla+ enjoyer and I know there are a few of you out there that will probably enjoy it as well.
