Introduction:
In the vanilla game, if you load into a new scene with enemies standing really close to you, you might find that you are already being attacked by them even before the black screen ending, and you get no chance to take any counter measures to against them.
Bethesda may call this feature. Me, I call it bug, and that's the reason why I made this bug fix mod: "Loading Screen Truce".
With "Loading Screen Truce", NPC would get their combat AI disabled during the loading screen seconds, and would be restore to normal once the loading screen is completely closed. That should provide player the seconds to react and counter.
The mod should works the same as toggle combat AI by tcai console command, so it should not cause AI stuck issue. Let me know if the plugin causing any unexpected issues during your gameplay.
