You will say may how many fps you gain ;). This mod works for both JK's Whiterun and JK's Skyrim (only for the portion of Whiterun city). This mod use Base Object Swapper.

While I would love to, I haven't been able to try out all the mods that can be used with this JK mod. I honestly don't think there are any problems with anything considering the nature of the mod. In any case, you will let me know with your thousand combinations if there are any problems.
