Dariya had once been a wood elf, only she couldn't remember it. A long time ago she had led the hunt to a magical grove and the strange creature that she believed fatally wounded by her arrows had attacked and defeated her there. In fact, she should have died from her wounds, instead she woke up and felt that everything had changed. There was a bow next to her, but it wasn't her weapon, and she knew enough to know that it was Daedric in origin. This grove had been her home ever since, and her task to protect it. Dariya had become a nymph in this place.

The grove offered her everything she needed and she missed nothing. Dariya loved the forest, loved the animals and the natural order of creation. She paid little attention to people. They seemed to her like fleeting moments, like sparks from a fire that light up and quickly fade away again. That changed that day when a dragon flew over the grove and breathed fire upon Dariya. The dragon knew nothing of the powerful Daedric weapon in the hands of the little nymph, who ended his life with mighty shots. As she stood in front of the fallen dragon, she heard the whispering voice of the grove, which rarely spoke to her.

"It is time, Dariya. Go out into the world and look for the ONE! Find the dragon soul in human form and stand by him. This world will come to an end, but it is not up to the dragons to decide when. Go to the skyforge in Whiterun and forge armor out of the bones of this dragon. Then wait there, for you too cannot escape your fate. "

With the hood of her robe pulled low over her head, Dariya made her way to Whiterun with a heavy heart and full of sadness for her beloved grove...
