The AIO includes the exact same follower plus 19 other girls, all using a shared resource pool to minimize disk space used, but the girls all share a common body mesh.
User body and skin variants are also available for the AIO.

Meet Juliana; a sheltered descendent of Breton royalty who left a life of high society behind to find true love and adventure. Unfortunately for her, the caravan that she hitched into Skyrim was attacked by bandits; and being somewhat handy with a crossbow (thanks to her older sister's training), she managed to flee the scene as the only survivor of the raid.
Eventually she sought refuge in Riften, where her family had ties with the Black-Briars through trade, and was provided food and shelter for the time being. She now bides her time at Mistveil Keep; making plans to move on before word gets to her family regarding her whereabouts.
That is, until the Dragonborn arrived...
