The Jarl of Windhelms kinda...hot? If you agree with that statement here is the mod for you. Ulfric Stormcloak is now high-poly and highly detailed! He uses a high-poly COTR head and a SAM light body. He's got some tatts for those who enjoy tatts. If you don't then...uh...keep him in armor I suppose? Thanks to all the creators of the assets used, they are in the description and permission/credits tab. That's all, enjoy!

He's probably not compatible with any other Ulfric replacers. Idk, I haven't tried it. You shouldn't need any other mods for this guy, aside from SAM. It is not a requirement for the esp to load though.
