Ever looked at Cicero and thought...yeah, you're low poly! Let's fix that, shall we? Have you ever thought, I wish he looked creepier because his voices gives me the creeps? Looky what I have here! He uses a high-poly COTR head and a SAM light body. He's my second replacer so far without tatts so no need to keep him in armor if you don't like them. But he, uh, would probably be best at arm's length. Thanks to all the creators of the assets used, they are in the description and permission/credits tab. That's all, enjoy!
