Audio Overhaul for Skyrim SE contains VOLUME SLIDERS for magic, weapons and other categories. If you do not like the volume, I highly suggest you install this as it is compatible with Immersive Sounds instead of leaving comments about your ears being hurt. It will spare both you and I a headache.
Infernorum is a complete overhaul of fire destruction spell audio. While intended for use with Immersive Sounds - Compendium, Infernorum does work as a standalone audio replacer. Flame cloak, Fireball, Flames, even some modded spells and more all benefit from Infernorum's impactful, meaty effects. Torch your enemies in style!
