Just prevents silent conversations between Vilja and Improved Follower Dialogue Lydia.
Minor Patch for IFD-Lydia and Vilja, without this patch, Vilja will start dialogue with Lydia but she will be silent, this patch will fix this but it'll use the original voice of Lydia.
If you want the new voice from the mod (IFD-Lydia), you should talk to the author about making an actual patch for Vilja.
All I did was simply rename the folder from "FemaleEvenToned" (Vilja) to "FemaleUniqueLydia" (IFD-Lydia). These are loose files.
Got the idea for this from Improved Follower Dialogue - Lydia - INIGO (Minor Patch) - I'd also recommend their mod Improved Follower Dialogue - Lydia - Lipsync Minor Fix to fix some missing lip sync files for IFD Lydia
