Sorry for the mistake .... never thought to check for extra masters.
Version 1. 0 won't work without ELFX ..... don't use it. There were no ELFX records in it.

Immersive College of Winterhold has 4 trees floating in the courtyard even when opened only in the CK. This mod initially disables them.
Mathy's 3D Trees are fantastic but a few of the meshes are bigger than vanilla and this causes clipping. This mod scales them down a bit so they don't clip (see pics).
You want to have both ICW and Skyrim 3DTrees for this patch. load after ICW but before any Water mod or DYNDOLOD
You could make an ESPL out of this or merge it, as I can't forsee these being new records.
The changes in this mod simply wouldn't save properly in the CK and required SSEedit to make the patch..... which has no errors and works in my game at least
