I hook papyrus to lie to scripts that you are actually a vampire lord.
I hook the race-check functions to support ESP mods out of the box.
I hook Armors to support the same thing as the base race does.
I have a mod API that you can use in DLL plugins to find a race's Vampire Lord Variant that is generated by the SKSE DLL - AT RUNTIME for ANY installed race.
This is the completely patch-free and seamless experience possible in Skyrim for a Humanoid Vampire Lord.
No papyrus scripts altered, only SKSE and native code.
There is one remaining intentional limitation, you must be an actual vampire to become a HVL.
