At a request from another, I created this race as a regular (less specials) race. You start the game with NO skill bonuses and NO racial powers. Carry weight has been reduced as well to 250. Character presets are taken from some of the better NPC's in the game. Build your character how you want and without skill bonuses I believe that your not pulled into a certain game play.
