Adds a hit effect when you attack an Actor

There's options for vanilla blood size or 2x larger blood size, pick either option in the Fomod
The locations the effects spawn at is at the mercy of Skyrim's shitboxes so the VFX don't always spawn where you hit, nothing I can really do about that
Also for some reason (prolly a limitation of the Particle system/addon nodes) the first hit will have a longer blood duration for some reason
Compatibility
This mod modifies the existing blood impact effect nifs(not the decaps or Werewolf eatting effects), so any mod that touches them wont work with this, I don't think there's many mods out there that touches those effects though
Works with both versions of Enhanced Blood textures
