Hearthfire Creep Cluster FIX

If you like to grow ingredients in your Hearthfire garden, you might know that creep cluster is one of the best plants to harvest, since you usually get five ingredients per harvest, and it is an essential ingredient in several alchemy potions that net a good price and give lots of alchemy XP when you craft.  However, it's been bugged in SE since 2016!  All you can see is the "Activate soil" prompt, even if your plant is ready to be harvested.  If you use tcl, you can see you need to go under the ground to get to the choice to "Harvest Creep Cluster."  The mesh looks good, and is just a straight up conversion of the LE mesh, which baffles the mind since it works perfectly well in LE, and all of the other plants seem work just as well in SE as they did in Oldrim.  Until now, the only fix available is one that changes the appearance of creep cluster to a red juniper tree, which isn't very immersive.  The mesh given here is the proper creep cluster one, and increases the collision box a great deal, which allows you to harvest the creep cluster when it is ready by simply pointing your cursor a little above what would be optimal.  It is the best solution I could come up with!
