Hearthfire Carriage Destinations

What does this plugin contain? I love Hearthfire Homes and I'm a no-fast travel type of player. But I always found it annoying that you could take carriages everywhere but your own homes; even your own damn driver at your house won't bring you to any others you own! Thus this mod was born.

This mod adds destinations to all the carriages in Skyrim depending on your progress (quest linked). You won't see the particular destination available until you actually own and visit the plot of land for each of the 3 locations (Heljarchen, Lakeview, and Windstad). I've upped the price a bit (75 septims) to represent the "special request" nature of these destinations, unless of course you are using your own purchased carriage at your Hearthfire home.

I've also removed the silly carry weight restriction across the board to take a carriage anywhere; you can now reasonably expect a horsed-drawn buggy to schlep all your goods no problem.

Troubleshooting If you don't see any destinations, you are sure you have at least 1 Hearthfire house, and/or the price displays as [..] in game next to a destination, it means your carriage driver quest that handles all this is out-of-sync with this mod. Simply open the console (default ~ tilde) and run these 2 commands:

stopquest dialoguecarriagesystem startquest dialoguecarriagesystem

If you still are having problems.. whelp you got me.

Closing Thoughts This mod is a super-lite version based off Better Fast Travel - Carriages and Ships - Overhauled which is not yet available for SSE. Hopefully if dj20 is still around and SKSE gets SSE enabled, those hoping for a more comprehensive travel system will get their wish.
