Heart of Thunder - Ragnarok Edition SE - Thor's Armour Mjolnir and Stormbreaker

"Whomsoever holds this hammer, if they be worthy, shall possess the power of Thor!"

This mod aims to bring the armour and weapons of Marvel's Thor to Skyrim. Become the God of Thunder! Shoot lightning! Hit things hard ...like, really hard ...so that they go flying ...like, really far.

UPDATE: I'm unlikely to continue work on this mod. Feel free to create patches, add-ons, fixes etc. All I ask is that

you credit me for the original mod, and obviously don't upload this mod in it's entirety either here or elsewhere.

It's been a few years since I released the original Heart of Thunder mod. Now, after what seems like an age, I've updated it.

The mod has been rebuilt from scratch, including (mostly) new meshes and new textures. Implementation has been simplified too. There are no

exotic crafting materials, no jumping through hoops. Just pick up the hammer, craft the armour and smite away.

Installation & Uninstallation

Use of a mod manager (NMM, Mod Organizer) is recommended, otherwise simply extract into your Data folder.

To uninstall manually simple remove the Heart of Thunder- Ragnarok Edition.bsa and .esp from your Data folder.

• []Fixed missing tangent spaces and vertex colours on female helmet

  []Fixed broken weight slider for male 1st person light armour.

  []Tweaked Stormbreaker mesh and textures to more closely match it's on screen counterpart. It's still not perfect but "screen adequate".

  • []1H Stormbreaker is now available to craft alongside the 2H version. (I recommend using XPMSE to alter the axe sheath position)

    []Both Mjolnir and Stormbreaker now have a base 20 point Shock damage enchantment and guaranteed stagger on hit.

    []Stormbreaker's Wrath has been reworked. It now does a flat 120 damage over 65ft radius. It also now fires a bolt of Chain Lightning for 60 damage on impact. So it's still overpowered, but not quite as disgustingly so.

    []Mjolnir's Fury now summons a bolt of lightning from the sky for 150 damage when outdoors, if your aim is true. Else it will just fire Chain Lightning for 60 damage.

    []All script effect base ID's have been replaced to avoid conflicts with vpulse08's Stormcaller.

    []Removed glowing eye effect from Stormbreaker powers to avoid accidental detoggling when God of Thunder is active.

    []I've attemped to ensure that lightning bolts from Storm Call do not hit friendlies, however I can't guarantee it will work.
