Installation:
1) Install the above mod first, Headshots Kills - CIF by kuroishitam
2) If using MO2, when you then install this mod select merge . DO NOT select replace. You want to overwrite the files, not replace the whole mod
3) If using something else , first install the maijn mod and then overwrite with this mod.

1. 1 - Added mcm menu. First feature is being able to set the odds of a one hit headshot kill.
1. 2 - added new feature to allow player to shoot helmets off npcs. MCM menu option sets the odds.
