HDT-SMP Fur Shaders for Xavbio Retextures Redux

Are you a fellow fan of Xavbio's retextures? Do you like fluffy fur? Do you also like cloth physics? This is the mod for you! Fur shell textures have been generated using Xavbio's textures as a base, and shell meshes have been rebuilt based on furexarot's HDT-SMP Vanilla Armors. Enjoy the best of all worlds!

Shell textures from Fur Shaders for Xavbio Retextures Redux is required! Choose either full-res or half-res version.

Before installing this mod, please ensure that HDT-SMP Vanilla Armors is already working properly for you! If the physics enabled parts of the base mod is already behaving oddly for you (sinking, exploding everywhere and whatnot) adding shell fur on top is NOT going to help!

All relevant HDT-SMP armors have been covered. Optional CBBE 3BA Bodyslide support is available. Sleeve and pants option is available for 3BA. (Vanilla meshes sleeve/pants will be added in future)

All shell meshes have been carefully optimized to the best of my abilities, with the goal of minimizing performance cost. That said, cloth physics on its own can be demanding and adding fur on top will inevitably have an impact on performance. For best performance, choose the half-resolution shell textures and PE version. If you have a monster rig, feel free to ball out on full-resolution textures and regular version. Fluffy, flowing fur everywhere!

Please note that this mod only consists of cuirass meshes. For matching fluffy fur on hats, gloves and boots you need the meshes from my other mod.

  • []Install either regular or player-exclusive HDT-SMP Vanilla Armors (and whatever Bodyslide file you want)

    []Install the required Xavbio retextures (list is here under Requirements)

    []Install EITHER ONE of the full resolution OR half resolution shell texture packs

    []Install EITHER ONE of the regular or PE meshes from this mod
