This mod adds Lawbringer functionality (developed by EpicCrab) to the dungeon of Harmugstahl. A vanilla fort/cave system located directly in-between Druadach Redoubt and Bruca's Leap Redboubt in the Reach. (It's the one with the magic spiders.)
Lawbringer ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/29882 ) allows you to claim locations once you've cleared them for the faction of your choice. LCO_Harmugstahl supports the following: Markarth Guards, the Empire, the Stormcloaks, and the Druadach Forsworn. After clearing out all the spiders and the Warlock experimenting on them, simply activate the banner post just outside the entrance and soon after the selected faction will move in.
