Happy Little Trees DynDOLOD Optimizations

Not gonna get into the weeds here, since anyone using DynDOLOD probably isn't new...

Some Fixes:

• []Removed a few unnecessary things like ivies, roots, splinters, snow patches inside of the stumps, etc.

  []I also compacted the block structure in a few of them. Removing unneeded NiNodes and whatnot.

  []One or two of them even had their collision boundaries from the full models in them still.

  []UV patched four meshes to fix an ugly visual bug caused by clamping the textures.

  Disabled Flags:

  • []Specular Mapping - It was mainly used on small details, not noticeable from a distance.

    []Tree Animations - This was on in most of the crown LODs, when it's supposed to be off.

    []Vertex Alpha

    []Vertex Colors

    End Result:

    • []Better colors for anything using the affected passthru LODs, since vertex stuff isn't darkening everything during rendering.

      []Probably makes DynDOLOD, LODGen, TexGen, etc. faster when rendering since they're doing less work.

    • Probably helps with in-game performance slightly, since the final LODs are bit simpler.
