Green Thumb - Lush Cities of Skyrim
The first mod I ever Created From Scratch Was Green Thumb Whiterun. I believed that the state of Whiterun was sterile and monotonous, with the occasional curated plant here or there in an otherwise complete desert of a city. After the success of this Installation, I decided turning it into a small series would be an excellent idea. While I was quite proud of it in its infancy, as my personal standard for my own work has changed, I wished to retackle this series, update it to a newer format, and consolidate it into a single Modpage: Green Thumb Skyrim!
The idea for the mod is simple, expand the floral variety of the cities and towns of Skyrim, primarily through the placement of creeping ivy. Some settlements are also given unique farming needs, based on the variety of the area.
Whiterun is a special case however, with the option to have its ivy and flora dynamically appear upon the completion of the Gildergreen Quest
