Notes:
I got bothered when I couldn't lower my hood when serving as a priest of Mara, so I made this patch for maximum i m m e r s i o n.
It works for me so far but I'm also a noobie modder so there'll probably be some kinks. If there are lemme know and I'll fix it (probably).
