Not much to say. Pictures tell the story. Simple mesh replacement. No ESP or script. Safe to add/remove from your game whenever. This doesn't actually change Ulfric's throne room into a mineshaft - ignore that.
Compatibility: Any mod that changes the visual appearance of mineral deposits will probably conflict (this does not include mods that change mining behavior, such as mods that increase ore yield. those are fine). The only one I'm aware of is the one mentioned below.
