Gildergreen Is Really Thicc HD - Immersive Seasonal Edits

Update: Since Alaxouche has incorporated the Seasons config files from this mod page into the original mod, this mod is no longer necessary. Hence, I am slowly deprecating it in favour of the original. However, Alaxouche is using a slightly less fitting texture for the summer leaves, so this mod is still useful. I also find the description of the Seasons part of the original page to be lacking.

G. I. R. T. H. - Gildergreen Is Really Thicc HD by AlaxoucheModding is probably the best Gildergreen mod out there, and in more recent versions there are also seasonal variants intended for Seasons of Skyrim. However, the configuration is not properly set up, making the seasonal form swaps never occur in game. A shame, really. Moreover, the config files are given too low priority, resulting in a conflict with Seasonal Landscapes, ultimately ending with a different tree during winter even if fixing the above bug. What bugs me the most though is that the default setting yields a green tree during spring and the original Gildergreen during summer. I have always imagined the Gildergreen a spring tree. Now when we have both Seasons of Skyrim and seasonal Gildergreen variants, it is finally possible to make it so.

This mod fixes all the above issues, making Gildergreen properly change during seasons, with purple petals during spring, green leaves during summer, red leaves during autumn, and bare branches during winter. The Seasonal Landscapes conflict has been resolved, ensuring full compatibility between the mods. I have also included support for G. I. R. T. H. - Gildergreen Is Really Thicc HD (Open Regrowth Patch), making the falling petals appear only during the spring season.

Installation: Install normally. Overwrite everything from the main mod.

Tip: If you prefer the textures from Gildergreen is Really Colorful - G. I. R. T. H. Retextures by riverbord, you can install it alongside this mod. You will then get a different texture for the spring tree, so I would go for the default green or pink variants. The summer and autumn textures go well alongside that mod (I think they might originate from there actually, but it is not listed in the file credits).
