📋 About This Mod
Description
This is just a small mod (My first mod!) that allows Nightingale Armor to be improved all the way to legendary quality if you have the Daedric smithing perk. In the vanilla game, Nightingale Armor is not affected by any smithing perks, so it can only be improved to flawless quality, even at smithing level 100 with all of the smithing perks. This mod changes all of the obtainable player versions of the Nightingale Armor so that they are affected by the Daedric smithing perk. It does this by adding the Daedric material keyword to all of the obtainable Nightingale Armor pieces, so it works with mods that change perks, (such as Ordinator) as long as there is still a perk that lets you improve Daedric armors and weapons more effectively.
Lore/Why Daedric? - You obtain the Nightingale Armor from the Daedric Prince Nocturnal, so it is effectively a minor Daedric artifact in my opinion. Also in my opinion, it makes sense for Daedric artifacts to be affected by the Daedric smithing perk.
Installation
Use your favorite mod manager or unzip the .esp and drop it in your Data folder. It's that simple.
