A Standalone CotR Visual Replacer of Cicero.
He comes with custom 4k Alt1 body textures (made for the HIMBO body, if you care about the body textures not looking weird),
four eye options, and six custom optional Makeup styles to choose from!
He is kept at his vanilla weight of 35, and uses your installed Body Preset.
I've included patches for SOS and The New Gentleman (TNG) if you need them. Marked as an ESL.
I know the nail textures aren't perfect, but they work. I tried to get them aligned correctly for a couple of hours, but it didn't work out.

I use my personal edited version of Silent Horizons ENB (for NAT) + Screenarcher's ReShade, in the photos, so the colors may appear different in your game.
I use a slightly edited private version of Faction Armors and Weapons Retexture SE retexture, in my photos, but this other retexture also fits this replacer, Rustic Clothing.
For the rest of the Brotherhood, I recommend my Astrid + Initiates replacer and MorningsDawn's Children of the Void!
Cicero is my favorite character so, I wanted to keep the same features of his original design and to look somewhat similar, just enhanced.
It's why I (mostly) used the same slider values for positioning as vanilla.
When you first meet Cicero, he will use a special "Traveler" Makeup Style.
The rest of the time, he will use whichever one you choose during installation. Although I've made a file so it's the only one he uses,
I strongly recommend you try the main facepaints first, as (to me) it's more immersive, if his facepaint/look changes.
My reason for this? Well, if he's traveling to the sanctuary in Skyrim,
