📋 About This Mod
Hello! This project was spur-in-the-moment that ended up being a ton of fun and a great learning exercise. There were ups and downs for sure! In the screenshots, I'm using MOXIE - Masculine Skinblend and a combo between ALT2 and Reverie - Skin. Later comparison pics (ie. side-by-sides) I did not have ALT2 installed at the time.
Covers 56 different NPCs, male and female alike.
- Utilizes whatever skin textures and body meshes the player and generic NPCs use.
- I tried to not change any weight or height values from the vanilla counterparts.
- Certain NPCs such as Anise, Septimus, Jora, and others have had their hoods removed to see their faces better.
- The primary assets such as beards, hair, etc. are all packed into a BSA to reduce file size, while the FaceGen and FaceTint are loose.
- Each plugin is flagged as an ESPFE and is in the 1. 70 format, and should work for various Skyrim SE/AE versions.
Designed to be COMPATIBLE with the following overhauls by default:
- Bijin Warmaidens
- Bijin NPCs
- Bijin Wives
- Pandorable's NPCs
- Pandorable's NPCs - Males
- Pandorable's NPCs - Males 2
- Pandorable's NPCs - Males 3
- Pandorable's NPCs - Dawnguard
Designed to be SEMI-COMPATIBLE with the following overhauls by default:
- Pandorable's NPCs - Dragonborn
NOTE - Both Pan and I's overhauls cover Fethis Alor. Load my mod AFTER Pandorable's NPCs - Dragonborn and all will be well!
A patch is provided for Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch - USSEP.
An optional addon is available based on the changes from Killable Rolff Stone-Fist (original mod not required). This removes the "Essential" Flag from Rolff, as well as removes the "Eastmarch Crime Faction" to prevent the Thieves Guild questline from targeting him, then lastly applies the "Dead Body Cleanup Script" so his corpse doesn't lay in the middle of Windhelm for forever.

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community-approved with 139 endorsements and 36k downloads.
- Covers a wide range of 56 NPCs, giving good variety.
- Purely cosmetic, so it won't mess with your game balance.
⚠️ Cons
- Only touches misc NPCs, so main characters are left unchanged.
- Might conflict with other NPC overhaul mods that edit the same characters.
- No recent updates since August 2025, so compatibility with future game patches is uncertain.
For players who want to freshen up the look of background NPCs without changing core gameplay. If you're a completionist who notices every face, this is for you. Skip if you're looking for gameplay changes or overhauls of main characters.
💡 Beginner Tips
- If you're using a mod manager, just download and activate; it's a simple drop-in.
- Check for conflicts with other NPC overhaul mods in your load order to avoid visual glitches.
- Since it's cosmetic, you can safely add or remove it mid-playthrough without breaking saves.
