I don't know for sure because I don't have VR. That said, it's a small patch that changes a couple of Dialog Topic conditionals, so it should work in VR.
INSTALLATION
Vortex users: Click the [ Mod Manager Download ] button and follow the usual steps to install any mod from the Nexus.
Other mod manager users: Download the 7z archive to any convenient location, then import it into your mod manager and proceed as usual.

UNINSTALLATION
Mod manager users: Uninstall it as you would uninstall any mod.
Manual uninstallation: Delete Skyrim Special Edition\Data\FlowerGirls SE Threesome Fix.esl.
