Fertility Mode Reloaded-Immersive Effects

What This Mod DoesFMR Immersive Effects adds physical symptoms and visual changes that progress across your pregnancy and fade during recovery. Nothing is static. Your body changes, your character reacts, and the experience evolves from first trimester through postpartum.

First Trimester

Morning sickness hits randomly. Your vision swims, your character stumbles, and you lose stamina. The severity varies. Sometimes it's a wave of nausea. Sometimes you're doubled over. Configurable stagger animations let you dial in how intense you want it.

Second Trimester

Fetal movement begins. Light flutters and gentle kicks with subtle camera feedback. Your character reacts with expressions and sounds. The heartbeat of your unborn child accompanies the sensation.

Third Trimester

Strong kicks hammer from inside. Braxton-Hicks contractions hit hard with three intensity levels, from a tight belly to a paralyzing cramp that can stagger you to your knees. These are the heaviest effects, with significant stamina drain and full animation support. This particular feature offers ground breaking immersion in VR.

Food Cravings

Throughout pregnancy, sudden cravings for salty, sweet, or heavy foods strike randomly. Your stomach audibly grumbles. NPCs nearby may comment.

Body Changes

Dynamic overlays track your pregnancy visually. Areolas gradually darken using race-specific color palettes. Stretchmarks appear on breasts and belly starting mid-pregnancy, deepening in color as you progress, then slowly fading during recovery. All overlay colors are JSON-driven and support custom races.

Postpartum

Colostrum leaking begins during late pregnancy and transitions to active lactation during recovery. Integrates with OninusLactis for visual effects and Milk Mod Economy for lactation tracking. Without either mod, a standalone system handles breast milk collection.
