Clean and Cinematic Weathers.
Vanilla Styled Weathers. Changes to clouds and cloud colors, tweaked image spaces, better rain and snow.
Inspired heavily by Simple Vanilla Weathers Improved on Skyrim LE by uranreactor, I've brought my take on it with some slight enhancements.
Upscaled and tweaked rain, denser snow fall and better clouds/night sky textures. Hoping this can be a base to be improved/added upon in the future.
Does not add new weathers, only improves upon vanilla.
