ezPG - Eris (Light and Shade) v2.0 Content Patch

ezPG is a comprehensive anthology of Craftian's work, containing the most up-to-date versions of many of his mods - with one especially noticeable exception. Light and Shade received a v2. 0 update a few months after ezPG's release in March 2023, containing a good chunk of new content, such as new commentary and conversations as well as banter with all major vanilla followers.

This new content was not and will not be added to ezPG for completely understandable reasons given by Craftian. Unfortunately, however, Light and Shade is one of the "core" files of ezPG, meaning you can't simply choose to not install it to use the standalone version instead.

And because ezPG contains the most up-to-date versions of Craftian's other works, simply skipping ezPG in lieu of all the standalones is also not an ideal solution. ezPG's Eris even technically has exclusive content not found in the standalone, that being her banter with Nessa and Dzarkim - so again, skipping ezPG is not ideal.

There is the option of attempting to merge the two together, however, it can be quite a complicated process - especially if you don't know what you're doing.

Fortunately, I've come up with a simple solution to ensure you can easily have the most up-to-date and content-rich versions of everything.

This patch contains all of the new content found in the v2. 0 update of the standalone Light and Shade, ready to be installed and used with ezPG.

I made this by taking the standalone Light and Shade and stripping out everything except the new content. I then went through and manually redirected all of the references pointing to the "standalone Eris" to instead point to ezPG's Eris. I even compressed it and flagged it as an ESL so it won't take up a precious load order slot.

The result is a simple add-on for ezPG that can be installed at any time, without any issues.

Because Light and Shade is one of the core files of ezPG, it doesn't matter which components you've chosen to install or not - so long as you have ezPG, this patch will work.

If you are already using the standalone Light and Shade instead of ezPG, you don't need this.
