📋 About This Mod
I hated having to always manually sculpt eyes when they didn't fit right on the face. Usually after changing eye shapes.
Instead of having to sculpt all the time and then have to remember to import the face model, I decided to just make some more sliders to make a permanent, clean and adjustable fix to the problem.
This will also let you make corrections to other downloaded presets without having to import the head nif in order to fix the eyes. However if a preset still uses sculpts and imports to align the eyes you'll need to figure out the corresponding slider values to use yourself.
Eyelashes, Caruncula (the little piece of flesh in the corner of the eye) and the entire eye (eyeball, lashes, etc.) are all controllable.
Compatibility
Any eye mod that uses the vanilla mesh layout, including vanilla replacers like SUEMR and Cumulative Eye Fix.
Any race or head mod that uses the vanilla eyes, including High Poly Head.
Recommended Mods
Eye Alignment Sliders by veracruz to control iris positioning.
Enhanced Facegen Morphs by Niroku to add sliders to control eyeball and environment mask pieces. Slider scales were made to match the sliders here, so you can use matching values.
Preset Used in Screenshots
That Shirtless Man
This Racemenu plugin adds sliders to adjust the positioning of individual eye parts—lashes, caruncula, and the entire eye—to fix misalignment with head and eye sockets in character presets. A niche but practical tool for Skyrim modders who create or use presets.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community-trusted with 224 endorsements and over 22k downloads.
- Solves a real problem for preset makers—no more wonky eyes.
- Lightweight and focused; does one thing well.
⚠️ Cons
- Requires Racemenu, so it's useless if you don't use that mod.
- Only affects eye positioning—no other facial features.
- Potential conflicts with other Racemenu slider mods that modify the same eye parts.
For Skyrim modders who create or use character presets and struggle with eye alignment. If you're into detailed character customization and use Racemenu, this is a must-have. Skip if you don't use Racemenu or don't care about eye positioning.
💡 Beginner Tips

- In Racemenu, look for the new sliders under the eye section to tweak alignment.
- If you use a mod manager, let it handle the file placement to avoid overwriting issues.
