8K body normal texture, 4K for the rest.
Can be usable with any CBBE texture compatible body (TBD, CBBE, CBBE 3BA, CBBE SMP etc.).
Head normals can be used with my SNU Normal Maps, if you prefer a muscular body. No seams.
If you want to boost the amplitude the normal maps' effect try tweaking your Ssao_Ssil under the ENB effects.
