Choose between (or both):

Valkyr HDT-SMP Hairstyles 02 by Fuse00

At the end, its obviously a matter of taste, the choice is yours.

Finally you might consider:

Expressive Facial Animation -Female Edition-

(pick the proper patches in High Poly Head installation)

For skin texture this preset should use whatever you have installed. I use Diamond Skin - CBBE Female Textures together with Fair Skin Complexion

Now thats out of the way. When loading my preset in Racemenu, dont forget to check if High Poly Head is selected as Facepart (under index tab Head)

and to import the head in the sculpt section.
