I have published a new better version. This one is no longer updated.

If you're already using this version, you should be able to update to the new one.

This mods Adds 4 craftable lanterns designed for both you and your followers that can be hooked to your belt, providing a radiant beacon to guide you through the darkest of nights and the most foreboding dungeons.

Lantern can be crafted at the forge, they emit light as long as you wear them.

The follower lanterns use enb light, so that the engine's light limit will not be exceeded.

I used the enb light to try to reproduce the shape of the light from a lantern held this way.

I'm quite pleased with the effect.

Full compatible with my Better FaceLight and conversation Redux

Installation:

  []Load order does not matter.

  Usage:

  • []Craft a lantern

    []Use Page Up key (configurable in the MCM) to light up or down

    []Press during 2s to manage follower lantern state.

    Known issues:

    • []MCM takes time to show up, don't worry it will come

    • Sometimes follower lantern don't lit up after cell transition, it will be fixed automatically when you move to a new cell (not a location, walk a few)
