Whats Included

This is a lore friendly Ultra HD BC7 Compressed Retexture of Alduin and includes glow textures and no glow textures as well as a hand painted burning eye I personally created and a black eye. The flame effect on his scales was hand painted by me using the color pallet from a old LE mod I loved More Dramatic Alduin so consider this a love letter to that old mod. I also made other edits to enhance his face, generated a glow map, and then hand painted over it.

Additionally I have included two optional files in the FOMOD installer which enhances combat with Alduin. One of the optional files gives Alduin a unique shout to summon a legendary dragon bound to him from Akha the realm where all dragons are from and the other file does not include this shout. Both of the files however alter Alduin by doing the following:

• []ESP is flagged as ESL and wont take up a slot and has been checked for errors

  []Alduin has 2,000 more health

  []Alduin starts at level 40 instead of level 10 making him less player centric and more static and makes fighting him a ton more fun at level 50 or 60.

  []Alduin can cast firestorm with a flap of his wings if you attack from the side

  []Alduin and all dragons can knock you down with their tail stomp attack if you attack from behind

  []Alduin will do 2x more damage to you in combat

  If you only want the retexture of course you can select neither and just use the retexture.

  Compatibility

  • Place my mod after any mod that alters dragons (specially mods that Alter Alduin) and you will be good - I also have a optional patch for Dragon War that removes my tail stomp effect that knocks the player down and forces dragons to only use the Dragon War tail stomp which shakes the screen. The issue with Dragon War is they apply that effect to everything a dragon does instead of just the tail stomp attack which when using my mods tail stomp effect can result in rag-dolling the player a lot.
