📋 About This Mod
Many people may remember this, it was originally an Oldrim armor by comrade1280. There's a couple of SSE conversions of ebony valkyrie out there, but this is my take of it.
Here it has been converted to CBBE 3BAv2, BHUNPv4, and HIMBO with various mesh adjustments and repainted weights. The pieces have also been separated out for mix and match.
There are new heels variants on top of the original boots, and the helmet also has a new version added with hair. There's also a couple of zap sliders added. Overall the gauntlets and boots should also have a slimmer/narrower profile which I think looks better.
- Boots (three versions, boots and two heels variants)
- Chestplate
- Elbowguard
- Helmet (with hair or without hair)
- Pauldrons
- Vambraces
This uses whatever ebony textures you have installed, so it is recommended that you find a nice set like amidianborn or xavbio.
esl flagged esp, standalone. Build with bodyslide first. Use additemmenu, modex, or console, or craftable with ebony ingots and leather strips at a forge with ebony smithing perk. Temperable with 1 ebony ingot.
Requirements:
CBBE 3BAv2 or BHUNPv4 or HIMBO or UBE 2. 0

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Solid community support with 649 endorsements
- Over 51,000 downloads shows real demand
- Works with all the major body mods, so you're covered no matter your setup
⚠️ Cons
- Purely cosmetic—no gameplay changes or stats tweaks
- Requires one of the listed body mods to work, so it's not standalone
- Compatibility with other armor mods that alter the same slots could be an issue
For Skyrim players who want a sleek ebony armor set that fits their body mod preference. If you're into heavy armor fashion and use CBBE or HIMBO, this is a solid pick. Skip if you're looking for gameplay overhauls or don't use body mods.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure you have the correct body mod installed before adding this armor, or you'll see visual glitches.
- Use a mod manager like Vortex or MO2 to easily toggle this armor on and off if you run into conflicts.
- If you're using multiple armor mods, check the load order to ensure Ebony Valkyrie doesn't overwrite your preferred textures.
