DESCRIPTION

This is another original character concept. She's an archer who loves adventuring and learning new things. She also has a seeming normal, but very exceptional ability to learn things in just a day or two. She does this by having vivid dreams that seem to last for long periods of time. Most of the time they anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks even though she's only asleep for hours at a time. She has no control over this ability. On rare occasions, the dreams can last for months at a time. A few times, they've last for over a year.

She uses this ability to meditate and study words of power, aka dragon shouting. So despite her young age (around 20), she's able to use power shouts. She's not dragonborn however. She's also the younger sister of my other follower, Ashani the Mystic Archer.

As a child, Ebony always had long dreams. She assumed it was normal and that everyone had similar dreams. Her parents and siblings (one of which is her older sister Ashani) revealed that dreams weren't normally like that for them. Her dreams were always very vivid and she was mostly aware that they were dreams, though she would sometimes forget in the confusion, chaos, and non-sense that typically come with dreams. Later in life, she's learned to control the dreams a bit better, though sometimes, she doesn't have full control. The dreams mostly felt a few days. Sometimes they could feel months and she didn't like those because when she woke up, she had to struggle to remember the previous few days in the real world. On a few occasions, the dreams felt like they took over a year. By her estimation, she was really over 100 years old by the age of 15, but there was no way of being sure since day and night cycles couldn't be measured in dreams.

Her family found it hard to believe her, thinking that she might be using it as excuse either for attention or for having a bad memory. They wanted to believe her though, even getting a doctor and certain sunflower healer to help her, but they all said that there was nothing fix within her that they could find, though the healer sensed something she couldn't quite identify, but she knew it wasn't harmful, or at least it didn't appear to be. One night, she had the first dream that lasted for a year or more. When she woke up, her eyes started changing from dark brown to...something else. That's when her family fully believed her. Eventually, she gave up on the idea of stopping the dreams and used them practice her archery skills and many other skills. Thanks to this, she quickly surpassed her siblings in their studies. It didn't give her too much of an advantage when it came to archery though, because physics and prowess
