Description: You will be able to pickpocket anyone, anywhere & however you want. They will basically always be successful.
I changed "fPickPocketMinChance" and "fPickPocketMaxChance" to "100"
Installation NMM: Just click download with NMM & then double click it to activate in the NMM, no mod order needed.
Installation Manually: Go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data" & drop the pickpocket100.esp
Uninstallation: Deactivate / uninstall in NMM or just remove the pickpocket100.esp
