DX Faction Crossbows - Leveled Lists Addon

The patch does the following:

Imperial Crossbow & Bolts;

- 33% chance to spawn on unnamed Imperial soldiers, using Imperial Bolts

- 100% chance to spawn on unnamed Penitus Oculatus (missile) members, 50% chance to spawn with Imperial Bolts, 50% chance to spawn with elemental Imperial Bolts

// They're assassins, not battlefield soldiers - imo it makes sense for them have crossbows since they're not as clunky as bows in close quarters

Stormcloak Crossbow & Bolts;

- 20% chance to spawn on unnamed Stormcloak soldiers, using Stormcloak Bolts

// Stormcloaks are using modified Imperial Crossbows as per Deserter X's description, hence the lower chance of appearing

Dawnguard Crossbow & Bolts;

- 25% chance to spawn on unnamed Dawnguard members, using Dawnguard Bolts

- Dawnguard NPCs Durak and Beleval now have a Dawnguard Crossbow & Bolts

// These two are pretty much the only ones with higher than normal archery stats, hence only them having a DG Crossbow

Thieves Guild Crossbow & Bolts;

- TG NPC Ravyn Imyan now has a TG Crossbow & Bolts

// He was a member of the Morag Tong, it makes sense for him to have one. The TG in general isn't keen on killing so no one else receives one

Dark Brotherhood Crossbow & Bolts;

- DB NPC Gabriella now has a DB Crossbow & Bolts

// The only member of the DB to even use a bow, so only she receives one

Companion Crossbow & Bolts;

- No changes as no NPC fits

Vendors;

- Starting at level 12, Imperial and Stormcloak Crossbows & Bolts are sold by vendors who sell bows and arrows in general

- Dawnguard NPC Sorine Jurard sells Dawnguard Crossbows after completing her quest "Ancient Technology". Dawnguard Bolts are sold by her once Dwarven Bolts are unlocked during the same quest

Hold Guards;

- Changed original hold guards to no longer use civil war faction-items (Solitude/Falkreath, etc. guards used to have imperial soldier items, Windhelm/Riften, etc. guards used to have stormcloak items)

// Without this change guards would spawn with Faction Crossbows. They still have the same items, only the leveled list record itself was changed. If you wish for guards to spawn with crossbows, take a look at the CCOR version below. Imperial or Stormcloak soldiers who replace the original guards when conquering the holds during the civil war remain unchanged and will spawn with their faction dependant crossbow

An alternative file is also available, providing compatibility between this mod and CCOR:
