This is, as already mentioned above, the CBBE BodySlide version of the outfit.
This mod is SFW so the panty is already integrated to the Dress.
Some of the textures are altered for SFW purpose and are included in this mod. There are now 11 variants of the outfit.
This mod includes both nonhigh heels boots and high heels boots.

Manual: Put the .esp, meshes, and textures in Data folder, and anything with 'Celes Nightingale' in Data/CalienteTools/BodySlide/ShapeData, /SliderGroups and /SliderSets.
Wrye Bash/Vortex/MO2: Just install as usual.
