[]YOU MUST ENTER THE WATER WHILE WIELDING You can sheathe while underwater but can't redraw your weapon you must go back to land first.

Be careful switching weapons in the middle of an attack while jumping or underwater you may start to glitch and have to reload a previous save.
Two versions
ESP format, takes up space in load order but can be patched/overrode/load order matters
ESL format, doesn't take up space in your load order
Requires all DLC except Hearthfire, install as usual.

NEMESIS Is a mod I am unfamiliar with. But this mod and that mod don't like each other and won't work together, sorry.
This mod may have conflicts with other mods that change the behavior of 1st person such as: TK Dodge, Ultimate Combat, Archery Gameplay Overhaul and others. please report any incompatibilities you find.
tk dodge, dodge does not work in 1st person only 3rd person now but my mod works. (The compatibility version works fine with TK Dodge)
