DMT's No More Motion Sickness or Epileptic shock

Very simple mod that get's rid of the shaking camera effect usually from combat so that you can play without getting sick.  Greatly reduces the chance of going into epileptic shock, I made this for my GF who used to have to look away during these scenes.
