Mod is able to distribute the following cloaks:

It distributes cloaks and hoods from Winter Is Coming to guards and NPCs in Winterhold, Windhelm and Dawnstar (cold regions). This optional _DISTR.ini was designed to work alongside my Detailed NPCs - Cloaks of Skyrim for NPCs (SPID). The alternative _DISTR.ini changes the distribution of cloaks in Detailed NPCs - Cloaks of Skyrim for NPCs (SPID) to the cloaks and hoods from Winter Is Coming in Winterhold, Windhelm and Dawnstar.
