all credits goes to orimagen. I don't have any skills in racemenu..buttt I have a creative mind( its how I created all of my other Demons). I got permission to upload it see for yourself if you want

Another thing to note
If you have a neck gap with this character when loading everything in check this link here to learn how to fix it. This may not happen but just in case if it does.
I think that's all of the requirements but just a couple of things to note
If for whatever reason anything on the body is purple(it would look like the textures are missing) what you need to do is go to the slider with the missing texture and turn the last slider all the way to zero(to the left) only if you don't want the tattoos or overlay. Otherwise exit skyrim and go find the mod that you forgot to download. This issue is most likely to happen if you forgot to download one of the overlays or tattoos. Or if I forget something
If you never used High Poly head before you should know a few things
1) Find the Face part slider in the Head section(of racemenu) - change to the High Poly.
2) Go to the presets tab- F9 load the preset (jslot) from the presets folder in the CharGen
3) Make sure the Face Part slider is on the High Poly.
4) Then immediately go to sculpt tab(your character face will look horribly deformed if you skip this step) - F9 load the NIF from the CharGen folder
